Commercial Banking (CMB)

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1. To coordinate internal & external meeting arrangements for Head of International and prepare related meeting materials including PPT & other relevant documents;

2. To assist Head of International on business strategy and performance tracking; effectively collate various business related returns and meet deadlines;

3. To help monitor teams’ miscellaneous quotas/ratios, e.g. LCY/FCY lending quota, AD ratio, Deposit position, AR/QR due etc. to comply with internal and external requirements;

4. To convey Head of International’s message to team heads and team in a timely and accurate manner;

5. To provide secretarial and administrative support to Head of International, e.g Diary management, travel itinerary, maintain meaningful relationship with internal & external contacts

6. To provide operational support to Head of International’s direct reports and team;

7. To act as a central coordinator for team related matters

8. To act as a project Champion whenever is requested/assigned by Head of International

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Relevant university degree (recognized by the state) or equivalent professional qualifications;

2. 2 to 5 years’ experience in banking industry with knowledge of local banking environment and good understanding of corporates' banking behavior;

3. Strong interpersonal and good communication skills with external clients and internal colleagues;

4. Familiar with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PPT;

5. Good written and spoken English skills;

6. Self-motivated individual with problem solving skills; and able to work with good level of independency;

7. Familiar with internal systems would be a plus.

Experience of managing and delivering cross-functional programmes.

These roles have been identified to include (across all bands): RMs in CMB / GB / RBWM; Sales in GTRF / PCM / GM, Client Management team in PCM, Client Services team in HSS.

Employees on RBWM Teller position need to serve 12 months after the individual has obtained all the required licenses (including 反假币证书etc.), before being eligible to submit internal job application. Otherwise, written endorsement from line managers is required.
