We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

• To align the deliverables with the bank strategy, standard and priority

• To deliver key initiatives and support the growth of China Custody business

• To provide clear analysis on the main business driver, benefit and cost on business initiatives.

• To conduct in-depth functional analysis on business requirement

• To provide clear resolution on business issue and propose solution based on a solid knowledge foundation

• To make the business sustainable via providing continuous improvement on existing process, system and streamlining

• To collaborate with major stakeholders, drive an informed decision and mobilize the resources across towards the agreed deliveries

• Understand clearly the team direction and ensure the use of best practice across

• Leverage knowledge, synergy around (both locally & globally) for efficiency

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Solid Business Analyst experience with proven track records in banking related deliveries

• Good understanding of China investment markets & local regulation. Knowledge in QDII is not essential but preferable

• Domain knowledge on Accounting & Valuation and Custody business is preferable

• Able to understand the business broadly as well as in granular details

• Able to drive across internal business counterparties, IT and external vendor towards delivery

• Excellent communication and analytical skills - able to understand and articulate the change / issues, translate it into business process and enhancements and drive the delivery

• Excellent problem solving and User support skills. Bring issues and proposals for an efficient discussion and decision making process

• Strong customer focus and commitment to delivery

• Maintain can-do attitude and stay positive towards challenges.

• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin & English

• Being open, dependable and align the HSBC values
