Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)

Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
•The Documentation & Change Control Analyst supports change to contact centre procedure, processes and systems.
•The role holders must have a good understanding awareness of documentation writing requirements, and change control methodologies
•The role holder must ensure the implementation of all changes are in accordance with Group Standards.
•The role holders may be required to manage multiple responsibilities involving interaction with several business areas,
•The role holder will not be subject to close supervision so will be expected to exercise initiative in proactively overcoming obstacles to success. They will be expected to adopt a flexible approach in terms of working hours, location and travel.
•Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
•Bachelor Degree or above, 0-3 years working experience, Procedure or Project Support Working experience will be a plus.
• Good understanding of call centre dynamics e.g. procedures, processes and systems used, products sold, reward structures, agent skills and training, regulatory requirements
• Good understanding of documentation writing and change methodologies
• Word, Excel and PowerPoint literate to an intermediate level.
Experience
• Good planning and prioritisation skills,
• Some documentation writing and change management experience
• Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
• Good decision making and problem solving ability
• Strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems
• Some experience of delivering change using appropriate systems/tools, communication, delegation and planning skills
• Ability to motivate and lead people, employing appropriate management styles
