Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
The Collections Analytics/MI Manager in HBCN's Collections is responsible to develop, produce and analyze various management information (MI) reports and data for the effective management and control of all collection related processes and functions.
Role Background:
The role holder takes responsibility for developing, producing and analyzing various Collections Operations MI reports and data for all production functions review for effective manaement and control.
Accountabilities:
- Prompt production of accurate and relevant MI reports to meet the requirements of HBCN's Collections Management;
- Analyze all collection performance MI and highlight areas for concern and/or improvement for management to take proactive action.
- Work with different department managers to develop dynamic and user-friendly MI as well as recommend practical ideas to automate or simply workflow processes.
- Produce ad-hoc MI on a request basis

- Produce monthly reports for Senior Managements.
- Supervise/coach the Supervisor Collection MI in the working of daily jobs for meeting every deadline

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Knowledge/Special Skills Requirements:
• University Graduate, master degree preferred in Statistic/Mathematics
• Proficient capability of English and Mandarin (listening, speaking and writing). Cantonese listening and speaking is a definite plus.
• Good PC knowledge and skills (Windows, MS Office, etc.)
• Comprehensive knowledge on the operation of credit cards, personal loans, or mortgage loan products and familiarity with relevant system.
• Good understanding of retails collections operations anayltics/MI and related products.
• Good analytics skills and sensitive to numbers to spot the variations.
• Leadership and team coaching and management experience
