l Administration Assistant or equivalent experience.
l 5 years’ experience in administrative environment prefers working at the Executive level. Ability to multi-task.
l Preferred: BA/BS or equivalent experience.
l Past work experience in the high-tech industry.
l Expert level knowledge of Windows desktop computer applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
l Ability to navigate web and email at high competency knowledge.
l Advanced desktop calendar management program.
l Ability to format high level presentations and use financial programming applications.
l Generally determines own methods and procedures on new assignments, consulting with supervisor as appropriate.
l Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of Executive/Senior staff and clients.
l Participates in a cross-functional EA network.
l Lead the Business Unit's team meeting of other Administrators to share information and network.
l Back-up support in absence of other AA's.
l Using considerable independent judgment and initiative to resolve problems and make recommendations, determining when and if executive action is required and often supplies a recommendation where appropriate.
l Technical Knowledge of Desktop Applications.
l Teamwork. Champions Improvements.
l Doing More with Less.
l Solves Problems Makes Decisions.
l Demonstrates Leadership.
