职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.Timely, effectively and qualification to supporting functional leaders on talent acquisition, diversity and talent development; support new site / plant recruitment on urgent and key positions hiring.
2.Streamline recruiting application & approval procedure under budget control, 100% meet the target within the hiring planning, result delivery 100% by Department required.
3.Supporting with hands-on experience of talent sourcing, work closely with functional hiring managers on whole recruitment & selection process, mainly starting from recruitment kick-off to boarding issues to support business strategy and organization development.
4.Coordinate and cooperate with functional leaders to work out personnel headcount budget plans in recruitment annual planning.
5.Maintain solid relationship with recruiting vendors & social channels in periodic.
6.Output regular HR hiring reports and on boarding tracking report in periodic.
7.Another tasks as department assigned.
任职要求：
1.Bachelor’s Degree, favorable major in Human resource management, public management, language.
2.Minimum 3 years of HR working experience.
3.Executive direct search in head-hunter company experience is favorable.
4.Fluent in P.C. applications for required field.
5.Excellent interpersonal skills to include written and verbal communications.
6.Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
