We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

- To ensure the successful implementation of business strategies by managing, directing, and motivating branch operation and counter service teams To provide efficient customer services by well balancing between service and risk control.

- Lead and manage branch operation and counter service team To deliver efficient and cost effective operations and support, provide high level service standards To internal and external customers and control operational and compliance risks.

- deliver sustainable cost savings and drive add value initiatives To support business functions in achieving their business goals, which is align with Group Operation’s target as business aligned customer service organization.

- To negotiate with external vendor and review counter service related contract, such as cash escort and overnight storage contract, cash service agreement, and operation related contract, such as document delivery agreement, and etc.

-Set up control mechanism and perform random and surprise check regarding operation and counter service area To ensure all processing are compliant with internal & external requirement.

-To build and maintain good relationship with local authorities/regulators (e.g. PBOC, CBRC, SAFE, Gongan etc) as city level HOST team head, and establish proper communication channel between the Bank and the regulators.

- ensure sufficient and effective internal/external trainings are provided To staff in branch counter service team, such like internal classroom training and training offered by regulators.

-Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

-Experience in counter services, operations or risk control;

-Experience in people management;

-Good understanding of both internal and external (CBRC, PBOC, SAFE) rules and regulations regarding counter, payment and account services.

-Strong leadership qualities of decision making, authority and people motivator

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with different parties, both verbally and in writing

-Fluency in both written and verbal English and Mandarin.
