职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE:
? Implement theglobal procurement system ebuyprogram wellin the BU; ensurecompliance with processes and improve BU procurement efficiency;

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? Work as BU’s ebuy program window personto attend program-related trainings/workshopsto obtain information relevant to purchasing responsibilities and to provide feedback to internal users;
? Offer BU users supports regarding ebuy’s standard operating procedures, collectinputs, feedbacks, identifies issuesof ebuy and report to procurement department;
? Provide direct support to marketing team on various projects and initiatives, including submitting procurement orders, trackingorder status, changes, or cancellations; raise Purchase Requests (PRs) and conduct Goods Receipt (GR) on behalf of the requesters;
? Monitor and expedite orders for on-time delivery of purchased services, ensuring uninterrupted operations and support of nominated commodities;

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
? BS / BA degree with more than 1 year MNC procurement experience, pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Core competencies:
? Good level of English language, both written and spoken
? Ability to conduct routine & operational job based on detailed instructions
? Basic knowledge of budget control and BU business needs are preferred
? Good communication, team work, organizational skills and ability to work with multiple deadlines 举报 分享
