We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:

- Be responsible for LCY team management. Lead payment processing team for daily LCY payment operations.
- Design and update procedures to ensure the payment processing adhere to global standards, bank policies and regulations, streamline payment processing workflow to achieve efficient processing model, and implement appropriate processing model to support business growth.
- Provide support to relevant stakeholders for smooth project progress and implementation of payment related projects.
- Continuous staff motivation and leadership to ensure a good work environment leading to committed staff who takes pride in working for HSBC


Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Has rich knowledge and experience in overall payment process management and people management.
- With excellent leadership capability, project management experience, and good risk governance mindset.
- Be able to work under pressure with very positive attitude.
- Be independent to solve problems and prioritize tasks with logical capability.
- Be a good team player, has outstanding communication skills and collaboration ability.
- Has at least 5 years in banking/finance areas and exposure in payment process or relevant areas.
- Bachelor's degree or above, and fluent written/oral English.
