Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

To serve credit card customers’ legitimate transaction and borrowing needs.
To validate the identity of cardholder.
To handle acquiring bank and card scheme (Visa or Mastercard) contacts typically on emergency card replacement, emergency cash requests, emergency credit limit increases and black list reporting.
To control and reduce fraudulent use of credit cards.
To provide limited authorization approval to low risk mildly delinquent customers
To provide efficient service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction under high fraud risk control and credit policy within standard time line.
To take ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and case follow up or direct the related cases to the appropriate department for resolution.
To responsible for achieving individual key performance indicators whilst maintaining quality and compliance.
To provide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week authorization centre support for issuing business.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder
• 0-2 years working experience
• Open to working flexible shifting schedules
• Must be flexible, customer centric and have the ability to thrive in a team environment seeking feedback and open to development
• Takes pride in delivering what is promised in line with the customer and service expectations
• Wants to do a good job,is concerned about getting it right for the customer and checks everything is in order
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment is required
• Proficiency with personal computers and basic software packages and specialised applications
• Excellent communication skills and is polite and friendly at all times
• Displays patience and empathy
• Good understanding of Retail Banking & Wealth Management products / services
• Good spoken & written English and Mandarin
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Nice personality
