Main Responsibilities:
Internal Control　
- Involve internal procedure design　
- In charge of internal procedure monitor include set control point, spot check, action implemention　
- In charge of annual policy update　
- Compliance statement follw up　
- Update internal control report to management team　
- Contract management coordination　
- work with legal of non standard contract review　
Share Service Center coordinator　
- Balance sheet monthly review　
- BS pending issues follow up　
- External audit coordination　
- Statistic coordination　
Cash Flow Management 　
- 1st check & approve payment request　
- Non-trade foreign currency payment coordination　
- Cash flow forecast　
Fix Asset Management　
- work with SOA controller for capex & CIP follow up　
- annual fix asset physical taking　
- Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.


Main Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, major in Financial Management
- 2-3 years experience in accounting (general ledger experience is a plus)
- 1 year experence in finance analysis
- Good sense in internal control (audit firm experience is a plus)
