1. Product management (product capability, lead-time, solution package)

   Drive growth of the respective product lines (SD/CNC DR/Std. EP/VCBN ID) to ensure product capability, price performance, lead-time and solution package through reasonable product pricing, competitive product strategy & portfolio, specifics and ensure its implementation.

   Understand the market situation of respective product lines in terms of market trend, competitive actions and threats, market shares etc. and set corresponding counter measures in terms of product management.

2. Product selection

   Work with worldwide product manager/engineer of source plants to select appropriate products for customers based on application information and competitive situation.

3. New product introduction and development                                                                                                                                                       

   To plan and drive new product launch into the market and manage the profitability of the new product. Work with regional product management, R & D to introduce latest technology for new product. Tracking of new products’ profitability and sales trend. Drive market introduction (flyers, catalog, etc.) of new products and technologies as required.

4. Technical support

   Technical resource for commercial team on product solution. Field testing and product applications guidance to AE and commercial team.

5. Other tasks assigned by line manager

* Typical Education Level 教育背景：

- Bachelor or above, major in Mechanical Engineering is plus

 

* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills 相关经验技能：

- 2-3 years’ work experience at relevant position in industrial area

- Good communication in both Chinese and English

- Logic thinking and detail oriented

- Good office software skills

- AutoCAD skill is a plus
