JOB DESCRIPTION:

The talent acquisition partner is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for professional level talent and recent graduates. This role owns and delivers the recruiting goals for internal customers by driving strategic workforce planning, campus outreach, programs, services, and tools. The successful candidate will consult with HRBP’s & hiring managers (HMs) on the what, where, and how of the recruitment strategy, including qualifications, marketplace data, trends, sourcing channels, etc. As a subject matter expert, you will use your creativity to develop and implement strategic solutions that enable our teams to hire the right talent more effectively and efficiently. This role is critical to the HR Team in China. Being a brand ambassador externally will be a vital part of the position in order to sell our EVP!  

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Partners to understand the hiring needs and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies for the company’s development programs
• Perform full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending a qualified talent pool and selection.
• Develop relationships with specific career services teams, student clubs, leaders in the talent acquisition external agencies that will offer opportunities to identify and recruit top talent from the external market.
• Build key performance metrics to monitor progress and report recruiting achievements and make adjustments for improvements.
• Provide Best-in-Class candidate experience through communication, relationship building, and execution of the recruitment process.
• Maximize sourcing channels, networks, social media, university relations, career fairs, etc.

• BS Degree in Human Resources, Marketing or equivalent with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferable for manufacturing and 2+ years’ experience in searching firm recruitment.
• Direct knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition strategies and practices.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Recruiting experience using social media (i.e. LinkedIn, wechat, etc.).
• Creative mindset for suggesting ideas that improve talent pool sources.
• Ability to develop and communicate appropriate metrics, interpret trends, and adjust strategies as needed in response to change.
• Customer focused, adaptable, has strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
