Summary of Job Description
提供现场技术支持。现场协调客户设备的更换件及备件项目进程
Complete inspection ,disassembly,assembly,alignment ,repairs ,fault findidng analysis ,production tasks according to service workshop project instruction execution, Solve and report site problems/ issues and issue the technical report, handling with the key account internal process. Coordinate with the Sales Manager to maintain the daily customer relationship and provide the relevant on-site support, Coordinate the customer with their euqipment repairing projects.maintain equipment and keep tools properly, keep the working area safe, tidy and clean, accomplish other works assigned by team customer or team leaders without porejudice providing within skills ,knowledge and capabilities safely ,ontime at execeptable cost.Uses VA ,thermography ,tribology ,laser alignment ,noise and thickness gauge tools as and when required . When not on site reports to workshop service repair in SMEC。
按照生产计划以及工艺要求完成生产工单。
Finish production order according to production plan and job router.
现场协调客户设备的更换件及备件项目进程。
Coordinate the customer with their euqipment repairing projects.
协助销售做好日常大客户维护,并且提供现场技术支持。
Coordinate with the Sales Manager to maintain the daily customer relationship and provide the relevant on-site support
解决大客户现场的技术问题及时反馈并出具报告。
Solve and report site abnormal issues/ problems for the key account and write the technical report
设备工具的日常维护管理。
Daily equipment maintenance and tools keeping management.
任职资格
Competencies
1 大专及以上学历,至少3年以上相关设备工作经验,具有解决复杂技术问题的能力,优秀的独立工作能力与团队合作精神,勤奋努力,身体健康并能长期出差。
College degree or above, at least 3 years work experience in equipment, with the ability to solve complex technical problems, the ability to work independently and good team cooperation spirit, hard work, good health and able to long-term travel.
2 良好的用户亲和力和现场应对能力,能有效地将无形的技术服务转化为有形的销售。
Good affinity and site- response ability, effectively convert invisible technical services into tangible sales.
3 具有识图能力以及机械装配经验。
Drawing BOM ,service manuals ,reading & mechanical assembly experience.
4 初级英语等级,口语不要求。
Junior English level, sproken English is not essential but basics required.
5 较好的团队协作能力。
