职位描述

职位描述：

1、负责执行营销员各层级制式化系列培训课程在所属分支机构的实施及成效跟进；

2、负责组织及传承营销员指定的制式化系列培训课程相关兼职讲师认证培训；

3、负责协助总部开发指定的新培训项目。

4、协助支持分公司业务发展工作

Pre-Contract Training 执行营销员岗前培训课程（符合公司及保监会要求），组织并实施对兼职讲师进行培训以及其它相关培训工作。	ALE Passing Rate
Agent Training a) 基础知识培训； b) 销售技能培训； c) 产品培训； d) 营运培训； e) 合规培训； f）营销员层级技能提升培训；负责执行相关培训课程，根据所属机构培训负责人的要求跟进各分支机构培训课程的实施及培训成效；	Ensure quality and standard of training
Leader Training a) 管理基础培训； b) 管理进阶培训； c) 主管晋级培训； d) 兼职讲师认证培训；负责执行相关培训课程，根据所属机构培训负责人的要求跟进各分支机构培训课程的实施及培训成效；	Ensure quality and standard of training
Trainers Certification for Branch/SSCs Trainers and ABE/ABM 负责执行营销员指定制式化系列培训课程相关兼职讲师认证的培训及培训成效；	Ensure quality and standard of training
Update and develop training materials 确保所属机构培训教材符合当地及监管部门合规要求；	Ensure quality and standard of training
Training Project 协助所属机构培训负责人，根据所属机构营销策略及节奏开发非制式化培训课程及项目；协助所属机构培训负责人编制及追踪所属机构成效报表及报告。	Ensure quality and standard of training
