职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Define the recruitment strategy, set high standard principles and provide likely solutions. Provide pragmatic and consistent guidance and advice to managers on grievance, attendance, disciplinary, and performance issues.
? Raise proactive issues with managers, identify practical solutions to complex and diverse issues and recommend appropriate action plans.
? Compile and manage case management documentation, accompany and support managers.
? Brief new managers on the policies and procedures of WSI and provide coaching to managers on difficult and complex issues.
? Liaise with hiring managers on salary levels for existing and prospective staff consistent with market conditions and policies.
? Ensure the maintenance of all payroll data
? Review and revise HR policies in compliance with changing or new legislations.
? Develop personal policies, maintain and update policy manuals as well as employee handbooks as needed.
? Conduct new employee orientation program and other educational and training programs on changes in benefits, diversity, etc. to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
? Administer and keep information on benefits and compensation packages up-to-date.
? Serve as a link between management & employees by receiving employee complaints and acting accordingly to resolve them.
? Utilize external resources in order to monitor issues and concerns in employment law, communicate potential changes to senior management.
? Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
? Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
? Prepare HR forecast to project employment needs.
? Prepare and follow budgets for HR operations.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:
? Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, or related field with at least 5-8 years’ of relevant work experience in the HR field.
? Ability to influence and persuade senior management level.
? Pragmatic problem-solving skills.
? Articulate communicator and ability to interpret and explain written and statistical data to a wide range of audiences.
? High standard of attention to detail.
? Solid commitment to customer or employee service.
? Ability to convey difficult and challenging information to managers.
? Expert Microsoft Office skills like Word, Outlook, and Excel.
