职位描述：
岗位职责：
1。负责仪器分析组日常管理工作，包括工作安排、文件共写修订、人员培训等
2。负责药品原辅材料、中间品及成品的仪器分析
3。负责设备的日常管理、维护
4。负责的检验方法的优化及方法学验证
5。建立质量标准，根据药典
6。上级领导安排的其他工作
任职要求：
1。化学、药学或相关专业本科及以上学历
2.2年以上生物制药行业从事仪器分析工作（HPLC、GC、IR）相关工作经验，一年以上的管理经验
3。有丰富的色谱仪操作经验和良好的GMP意识
4。熟悉GMP及相关法规要求，有良好的GMP意识
5。做事责任心强，思维活跃，善于沟通，有专研精神
6。懂得设备的IQ/QQ/PQ验证，和分析方法的验证确认工作 举报 分享
