职位描述：
岗位职责：
1）负责分校团队的销售任务和指标，带领销售团队按时完成学校下达的销售目标；
2）接听咨询电话，接待来访客户，根据环球英语的教学特色，给学员提供咨询，达成课程销售；
3）负责团队管理，优化团队服务质量，保持团队的业务增长及团队的客户满意度；
4）定期分析团队表现，提升销售技能，在开发个人和企业客户方面要以身作则。

职位要求：
1）形象气质佳，具备2年以上销售管理经验；
2）性格外向，有良好的沟通技巧和逻辑思维能力，有较强的应变及抗压能力；
3）有进取心，执行力强，有强烈的团队协作能力及客户服务意识；
4）有销售团队组建及培训经验。
