职位描述
岗位职责：
1、参与制定骨科产品的销售战略、具体销售计划和进行销售预测；
2、结合人力资源部一起招募、培训、考核下属员工，激励团队达成业绩；
3、控制销售预算、销售费用、销售范围与销售目标的平衡发展；
4、制定和改进销售政策、规范、制度，使其不断适应市场的发展；
5、发展与协同企业和合作伙伴关系，如与经销商的关系、与代理商的关系；
6、做好市场危机公关处理等。
任职要求：
1、50人以上团队管理经验，有全国类似骨科、心脏专业产品销售经验，熟悉全国市场；
2、目标意识要强，最好有一个整体市场策划的成功案例；
3、身体素质好，具有激情，做事果断，责任心强；
4、较强的沟通能力、组织协调能力、人际感染力与领导气场；
5、品质好：公平公正、孝顺父母、具有奉献精神；
6、认同产品及公司文化。
