1.协助公司建立质量管理体系和EHS政策；

2.负责质量部日常事务及人员管理；

3.负责供应商的能力评估、绩效管理和持续改进

4.协助公司在设计、开发和制造过程中导入质量控制方法

5.负责处理客户反馈的质量问题

6.定期向管理层汇报质量趋向数据

招聘要求

1本科或以上学历（工科类专业）。

2熟练的数据统计与分析技能

3熟悉TS16949质量体系要求, 有六西格玛项目实施经历

4有五年以上制造业质量工作经验，其中至少二年以上管理经验；

5愿意在嘉兴长期工作者优先

Jiaxing Bofa Novel Plastics Co., Ltd. is a Sino-US JV specialized in the development and manufacturing of new foam plastics.
