岗位职责：
1、组织搭建集团公司集中采购、战略采购管理体系。
2、组织编制、修订和完善集团招标采购相关制度。
3、组织项目招标采购策划，依据项目总控要求拟订项目招标采购工作方案和工作计划。
4、组织编制招标文件的标准化文本，汇总招标文件的技术及经济部分内容，并组织内外部评审确定。
5、组织招标采购项目的入围单位资格审查，组织合格供应商信息库外的供应商实地考察及评估和采购项目实施。
6、建立公司供应商管理评价体系，制定供应商等级标准，审核优秀供应商的资格准入和撤销。
7、负责集团招标采购项目的洽谈及合同的签订。
8、负责合同履约管理工作。
9、定期组织对合作承包商、供应商的评价工作，负责公司合作供应商的履约评价及公司合格供应商名录的更新。

岗位要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，工民建等房地产相关专业毕业。
2、具有10年及以上一线地产公司集团或区域层面招采管理工作经验，具有丰富的供应商数据库建立与维护经验，具有集中采购、战略合作、与知名供应商合作的成功经验。具有合同体系编制、成本管理相关经验。
3、沟通能力强，能够处理各类突发事件，有大局观，能准确把握住业务推进方向。具有很强的抗挫折能力，抗压能力强。
4、为人正直，遵守职业操守。
5、有地产公司合约、预算部门工作经验。

ABP (China) Holdings Group is a wholly-owned investment group of Dauphin Holdings Group Co., Ltd. in the Asia-Pacific region, dedicating to researching, exploring and practicing Headquarters Economic theory. It is also a comprehensive international investment enterprise, investing in, developing and operating Headquarters Economy eco-zone basing on the model of ABP.
