岗位职责:
1、熟悉国家土地政策和前期报批相关规定；
2、负责完成前期处报批报建工作计划的制定和落实；
3、负责办理各类前期开发手续（五证）及相关事宜；
4、做好与各级政府、主管部门、社会各界的协调工作；
5、负责监督项目公司各部门相关工作计划的制定与落实。
6、做好分管副总经理分配的相关协调工作。

任职资格:
1、33岁以上，工程类相关专业本科及以上学历；能够承受较大的工作压力。
2、五年以上房地产企业相关岗位工作经验,三年以上管理工作经验；
3、熟悉房地产开发具体操作流程，通晓土地管理、房地产、法律等知识；
4、熟悉政府国土、建设等办事流程，有良好的政府关系；
5、具有较强的领导力、人际能力、沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力。

ABP (China) Holdings Group is a wholly-owned investment group of Dauphin Holdings Group Co., Ltd. in the Asia-Pacific region, dedicating to researching, exploring and practicing Headquarters Economic theory. It is also a comprehensive international investment enterprise, investing in, developing and operating Headquarters Economy eco-zone basing on the model of ABP.
