Position: Supply Chain Manager 供应链经理

Report to: General Manager 总经理

General Description 概述

1. Be responsible for company sourcing, purchasing all materials including raw materials, excipients, packaging, hardware and labor protection products to support the production. 负责公司所有物料的采购，包括原料，辅料，包装材料，五金和劳保用品的采购事宜；确保生产活动正常进行

2. Be responsible for all materials supplier preliminary audit survey. 负责物料供应商的初步审核

Essential Responsibilities 基本职责

1. Establish and develop the company purchase strategy. 制定发展本公司的采购管理的战略

2. Establish and audit purchase SOP, to ensure all the supply operation are according to the approved process. 制定和审核本部门的SOP，确保所有采购活动按照批准的程序进行

3. Supervise, audit and manage the purchase flow, to ensure the purchase operation be completed effectively in time 监督，审核并管理采购流程，确保采购活动及时有效完成

4. Supervise the sourcing and selection of key suppliers, audit its qualification and arrange on site negotiation and audit if it’s necessary. 负责关键供应商的开发与筛选，审核资质，必要时开展供应商现场谈判或参与现场审计

5. Negotiate and manage the contract and agreement of all the specified products, sign the purchase contract. 负责洽谈并管理所有指定商品的合同和协议，签署采购合同。

6. Communicate and report to the general manager about the grand purchase contract, supervise the purchase flow. 负责重大采购合同与公司总经理的沟通与汇报，监督采购流程。

7. Manage the problems during the purchase flow like dissension, complain and goods return, etc; Investigate and review the deviation in the purchase flow, take necessary preventive measure. 负责对采购流程中出现任何纠纷，投诉，退货等事宜的处理，调查并审核采购过程中发生的偏差，采取必要的整改预防措施。

8. Develop and consummate the supplier management system, create and keep long-term reciprocal relationship with suppliers, promote feedback and continuance amelioration. 负责发展，完善公司的供应商管理体系，与供应商创造并创造并维持长期互惠的合作关系，促进反馈及持续改进。

9. Gather timely market info, analyze and adjust the purchase strategy, to improve the company competition advantage from material supply and service, to satisfy the company development needs. 及时收集市场信息，负责分析调整采购策略，在物料供给和服务上提高公司竞争优势，满足企业发展需求。

10. Be responsible for supervise the cost, quality and logistic operation during the purchase flow. 负责管理采购流程中的成本，质量及物流活动。

11. Fulfill the other temporary task assigned by general manager. 完成总经理交代的其他任务。

Requirements/Qualification 要求

1. University degree and above 本科及以上学历

2. 5 year+ related experience 5年以上相关工作经验

3. Good knowledge of modern purchase principles and knowledge of theories and procedures 具备先进的采购管理原则，理论和流程方面的知识

4. Skilled in computer application and financial foundation 熟练的计算机应用及财务基础知识

5. Have high responsibility and work actively 高度责任感及工作积极性

6. Good communication and team spirit 良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神
