岗位职责

一、 收付款业务Receivables/payables

1、 现金收付业务：Cash receivables/payables

a) 审核报销人员报销票据的附件是否齐全，合理，合法。然后报送经理审批，银行取款，按票据付款。

Audited all invoices, and obtain the permitting of manager, then draw money from bank, pay money according to invoice.

b) 制单：根椐付款票据制现金日记账及记账凭证。

Make sheets, according bills to register cash/bank account.

c) 对账：每日盘点现金与日记账，总账对账。做出每周现金流表。

Every day count cash and check against cash account and general ledger. Then finish the cash flow sheet.

2、 银行收付业务：Bank receivables/payables

a) 银行收款：根椐款项来源进行入账，如果是外币要进行涉外收入申报。

Bank receivables: according source to register, if there is foreign currency, register it into foreign income.

b) 银行付款：根据各部门付款申请单进行票据审核，根据付款方式需求进行付款。如果所付款项为外币，则要到外汇局进行备案(备案：要提供合同，形式发票，备案申请书，关单等，预付货款的要对方银行提供相应的预付保函。)

Bank payables: auditing all bills, then pay it, if pay foreign currency, put on record in foreign exchange bureau.(data: contract、invoice、requisition、customs declaration、advancedxxxxxxx).

c) 对账：日记账与总账，银行对账单勾对，相应做出银行余额调表，出纳报表。

Every month check bank account against general ledger. If both of them not agree, make a adjustment bill.

d) 办理信用证：提供相关资料到开户行做开证申请，到外汇局备案，总行结算部进行业务办理，并根据每笔业务需求赎单，核销。

Letter of credit: offer information to the bank which open an account, put on record in foreign exchange bureau.

e) 到银行办理其它业务事宜。

二、票据的管理：支票的购置，领用，核销。

Management bills: buy/use/cancel after verification

三、其业业务：

a) 根据资本金到资情况，到会计师事务所做验资报告。（准备相关资料，配同事务所人员到银行询证）到外汇局备案，变更。

Register in foreign change bureau use the CPAS report , after receiving the paid in capital.

b) 每月到国税，地税交报表。

Send finance sheets to national & local tax bureau.

c) 内部资料的保管，存档。

Keep interior information.

岗位要求：

- 三年以上制造业工厂出纳经验 Over 3 years working experience as cashier in manufacture company

- 基本英语程度 CET4+. Basic English Level, or above

- 会计专业大专学历以上. Diploma degree of Accounting, or above

- 工作认真 责任心强. Work hard, diligent

- 有税务相关工作经验者优先. Tax accountant working experience is a plus.
