· Objective
In conjunction with other departments of the site, défine, organize and manage the preventative and corrective maintenance activities of the site as well as engineering and capex projects, in order to establish and maintain a satisfactory state of the installations for the utilization and business continuity of the site, whilst conforming to regulatory requirements (Quality, regulatory, EHS etc.)
岗位职责：

· Missions & main activities
- Organization and follow-up of maintenance activities
§ Establish adequate size maintenance team with adequate competencies and build it
§ Participate in ensuring that all site equipment are qualified and properly maintained in order to ensure the best productivity
§ Provide technical support to technical investigations requiring engineering and maintenance input
§ Organize site technical shutdowns
§ Establish a system for the request, execution and documentation of Maintenance Interventions
§ Support the site in reaching its Environmental, Hygiene and Safety goals
- Establish and execute and Site Preventative Maintenance Plan
§ Drive and build the site PM Plan,
§ Organize and priorize PM activities as necessary in conjunction with Supply Chain and Operational needs
a. HVAC System (including Building Management System),
b. Purified Water System,
c. Compressed Air System,
d. Electrical System (HV and LV),
e. Fire Protection System (including Fire Management System), and
f. Waste Water Treatment System.
- Define and Execute CAPEX and Technical projects
§ Identify technical needs for the site that are necessary for the site strategy,
§ Establish CARs
§ Liaise with external engineering contractors and regulatory bodies as required to ensure seamless execution of engineering projects
§ Manage technical and engineering projects from start to completion
§ Participate in establishing the capex plans for the site

· Qualification
§ Advanced Enegineering degree (mechanical, automation)
§ Techncial drawings (autocad)
§ Experience in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Industry
§ Experience in significant Engineering projects (building / revamping plants)
§ Experience in Facility Maintenance and Management
§ Fluent English or Bilingual Chinese (Mandarin)/English
§ Proficient level in Microsoft Office tools
