销售经理职责：
1、 根据公司运营管理总体发展计划和工作目标，组织实施，确保完成公下达的经营责任指标。
　　2、 确保每月的项目回款、发票正常收回。
　　3、 合理使用资金，加快资金的周转率。
　　4、 控制库存，实现动态库存的零管理。
　　5、 开展公司的市场经营和客户服务工作，组织开展市场调查、经营分析，掌握竞争对手动态，及时组织竞争方案的制定和实施，确保公司在市场竞争中的主动。
　　6、 推进公司的企业文化建设，掌握员工主要思想动态，倡导队伍的创新和团队精神，提升公司核心竞争能力。
　　7、 完成项目方案的制定及合同形成、标书制作。
　　8、 密切与客户及供应商的工作合作关系。
　　9、 每周定期将所负责区域信息反馈至公司，了解用户需求及市场动态。
　　10、 对于重点项目、重点用户应及时申报公司，并动用公司人力、财力、技术等资源来保障项目的成功(以书面形式申报)。
　　11、 每季制定对新产品推广计划，并按时实施完成。
　　12、 开拓新市场，增加新客户。
　　
另外要求：年龄25岁-35岁之间，大专以上学历，三年以上销售管理岗位经验，男女不限，快速消费品卫生用品行业经验者优先考虑
