岗位职能：

1、负责自有品牌线上、线下的渠道拓展/平台招商、甄选、对接等工作，建设、维护良好的合作关系；

2、根据分销条约、政策，负责制定及确保分销流程的正常对接和运作；

3、负责分销渠道的销售跟踪，通过店铺数据、商品销售、售前售后等分析，优化产品策略；

4、根据渠道分析，定期制定工作计划和相应报告；

5、深入研究行业、产品、自媒体等平台特性、消费者行为及未来发展趋势，不断提高现有渠道的业务质量。

6、京东、拼多多、小红书、苏宁、1688等平台基础信息维护（上架、订单审核、评价回复、日报表数据采集）

7、出库记录统计、财务发票对接

8、领导交待的其他事项

任职资格:

1、一年以上电商分销运营经验；

2、有1688、京东、拼多多、小红书、苏宁等平台运营经验和资源的优先

3、优秀的沟通能力和抗压能力，维护各渠道对接人员关系能力，协调及解决问题能力；

4、具有敏锐的市场洞察力、较强的开创精神和创新能力；

5、熟练使用各种办公自动化设备及办公软件和网络

6、有洗护、婴童类目经验或英语4、6级以上优先
