工作描述：

1、生产进度管理，人员出勤的有效把握和调整，达成生产率目标值；

2、对不良品的内容采取有效对策并实施跟踪效果确认。

3、发生质量事故针对问题品质盖上指令书的作成，对策实施效果跟踪。

4、对新产品导入前、中、后的准备和过程控制，确认生产工艺安排，工程图，工程管理表，标准作业指导书的编写。

5、保证设备点检项目的点检执行，对员工展开计划培训。

 

岗位要求：

1、机械/机电/工商管理等相关专业理工科大专及以上学历,具备3年以上制造企业现场管理实际经验。

2、电脑操作熟练，能熟练运用（office，CAD）等，熟悉ISO9001质量体系。

3、承受压力强，勤奋踏实，富有创新精神。

4、能适应工作需要的加班及翻班。
