研发工程师：

岗位要求

1. 负责湿巾的研发，打样，包括配方的指定，原料的选定和测试，分析已完成的产品的优缺点，完善产品开发中的薄弱环节和落后部分，探寻改进的方法，方式和措施，为公司新产品的开发提供指导。

2.根据产品开发计划进行新品的配方开发和研制工作，进行功效性评估，配方稳定性、包材相容性测试，微生物竞争测试。

3.总结新产品的开发经验，改善老产品配方，提高品质，持续改进产品性能。

4.负责产品配制工艺的制定。

5.负责组织实施技术规程，工艺标准，质量计划，质量标准，负责解决产品质量中的关键和技术难题，负责公司相关资料的整理及保管工作，完成公司交办的其他事务。

任职资格：

1. 精细化工、应用化学、等专业大专以上学历。

2. 一年及以上化妆品或洗涤类产品研发工作经验，熟悉化妆品类产品的工艺及生产流程优先。

3. 了解化妆品行业的发展动态，熟悉化妆品新原料信息、性质和原材料供应商；

4. 具有良好的技术研发专业知识，能独立开发新配方，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够熟练掌握研究工具、仪器，具备较强的开拓创新精神、高度的敬业精神和责任意识。
