My Key Responsibilities are:
? Successfully deliver placements to achieve an individual financial target in a given quarterly period
? Represent the brand ISK Services with the utmost integrity and professionalism - demonstrating speed of response and quality delivery as well as expertise in chosen sector
? Provide supervision and coaching to Assistants as required in order to improve quality delivery to all Customers
? Maintain accurate system recording and reporting of data
? Manage assignments with no supervision

Success in the job looks like:
? Achievement of the individual financial target
? New clients are identified, client visits secured and orders won
? Acknowledgement from peers and managers to be a supportive team player
? Acknowledgement from clients and candidates for excellent service provision

Most Important KPI's to success achievement:
? Candidate Profiles sent to Clients (float or shortlist) per week
? Client-Candidate Interviews achieved per week

General Minimum Requirements:
? First Degree
? 3 years in Recruitment Industry
? Professional Deportment
? English Language fluency - spoken and written

Technical/ Professional Skills:
? Cold Calling + Target List creation
? Interview Skills (Senior level)
? Report Writing
? Client/ Candidate Management
? BD: Selling, Presentation and Negotiation Skills
Researcher supervision experience General Minimum Requirements:Technical/ Professional Skills:
