1. 根据产品规格、质量要求、生产方式、生产流程，编制产品工艺文件；
2. 对已经审查签署下发的的工艺技术文件、产品技术条件、工艺标准、工艺规程等工艺资料的正确性、合理性、完整性负责；
3. 发现工艺的不合理性，及时作出评估更改，以免造成损失；
4. 根据产品的生产方式、生产流程，测定原材料的消耗定额；
5. 根据产品的生产流程、人员的操作熟练程度，测定各工序的标准生产工时，换算或测定基础工时（不熟练操作工时）和***工时（熟练操作工时）；
6. 根据生产工艺流程的需要，提出需设计的有效的工艺工装设备，负责安装并调试正常。
7. 对生产员工进行工艺流程、工艺操作的培训，生产过程中遇到的工艺问题，由工艺工程师负责解决并指导工人进行操作；
8. 工艺工程师负责主导车间的工艺设备验证，维持工艺设备的正常运转，并根据生产过程中的具体情况，改进工艺设备，提升生产效率；
9. 新产品试制的跟踪、工艺工装的设计，跟踪新产品从试生产转批量试生产、车间正常生产的整个过程。对产品批量生产的可行性进行把控，完善试制报告和相关的工艺资料；
10. 领导安排的其他临时性工作。

1. 大专以上学历，有相关制造类企业工艺岗位经验者优先。
2. 熟悉产品的制造工艺、加工工艺、湿巾产品的组装工艺；
3. 能够看懂图纸，熟悉AutoCAD等应用软件；
4. 熟练操作办公软件，了解ERP系统；
5. 具备良好的沟通能力和文档编制能力，工作细心，责任心强，能在研发部门和生产部门中间有效对接和沟通。
