工作职责：1，实行业务经理制，属内销工作直接向营销总监负责；2，根据公司及总经理制定的工作计划及任务，落实监督并完成计划任务，对结果负责；3，建立内销的各项管理制度并监督实施与落实，严格控制过程；4，维护和管理客户，完善市场管理和渠道建设，不断扩大市场份额；5，根据客户的要求进行产品的开发与跟踪，并及时向总监反馈信息；6，销售数据的采集.统计.分析并定期向上级反馈；7，掌握仓库产品动态，督促落实配送效率与效果，为客户创造良好的价值；8，内部同生产部门进行协调规划订单的生产时间与出货时间。确保顺畅及时出货

任职条件：

1、年龄25-40岁之间 性别不限。大专以上文化水平，2年以上商场开发拓展、品牌拓展经验

2、踏实肯干、聪明勤奋、善于总结、快速有效学习

3、性格开朗、善于沟通、有丰富的人脉资源优先

4、能够出差 负责组建管理运营团队

5、有母婴资源行业者优先考虑。
