I. Essential Functions:

The position is responsible for all of direct material purchasing, apply payment. Including place order to supplier, and purchasing order follow up, return to supplier and replacement, Responsible for proper record keeping and documentation.
该职位负责所有原辅材料的采购，付款申请。包括订单合同下发，交期确认，退换货管理，并且保证相关单据完整性符合性。

II. Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities:
Personnel:
? According to the purchasing request, place PO to qualified supplier, manage the supplier delivery performance.根据采购需求，发放采购订单给相应的合格供应商，并对供应商的交期负责。
? New suppliers, new materials sourcing, costs and terms negotiation.新供应商、新原辅料的开发，成本和条款确认。
? Develop, Audit and Manage RM suppliers with supports from quality department to ensure on-time delivery, cost and quality are aligned with company strategies and project specifications.和质量部门一起对原辅料供应商进行资质确认,审核和日常管理，保证供应商的交期、成本和质量符合公司经营和项目需求。
? Prepare and analysis monthly PO report每月定期提供采购报告和采购数据分析。
? Manage RM procurement, make sure cost and quality efficiency 所有原辅料采购执行，确保成本、质量和交期。
? Set up purchasing work process and continuously improvement and optimization. 制订采购业务流程，持续改善和优化。
? Follow up purchasing SOP and company compliance.严格符合采购SOP和公司规定。
? Well support production and other functional department requirements.支持生产和其他部门业务需求。
? other duty designated by supervisor上级交代的其他工作。

III. Position Requirements任职条件:

Education or Equivalent: (Minimum required to perform job)教育背景
 
? Associate’s Degree required, preferably in Science in Chemistry/Pharmacy/Engineering, 5 years’ experience in purchasing or planning experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical, food or regulated environment大专以上学历，化工/制药/工程类专业，5年以上采购或计划工作经验，制药，食品或者类似行业优先。
? Well-known GB,USP and BP standard.
熟悉GB, USP 和BP标准要求。

Knowledge/Skills Requirements: (List unique knowledge skills, or problem-solving requirements)知识和技能要求：
? Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.良好的口头、书面和人际交流技巧。
