HR Specialist 人事专员


DESCRIPTION
Get contact with outsourcing service agent to hire production workers
* Use and develop popular recruitment website to search for vacancy
* Help employees to go through registration and resignation procedure
* Be able to calcuate employees’ monthly salary base on their monthly attendance;
* Be competent of working HR related analysis, e. g. hourly rate, monthly report ect.
* Be familiar with the application process of employee social insurance and industrial injury case, as well as experienced for labor arbitration
* Strong willingness to communicate and coordinate with employees helping them to solve problems they meet
* Certain experience of organizing company event, e.g. team building, annual dinner, family day and other events
* Help employees to apply residence card or Hukou for non-shanghai employees
* Other HR and administration related work is necessary

DEMANDS
* qualified with HR professional training (advanced level or above)
* be able to work in a multi-cultural environment
* can work under high pressure
* can work in an international atmosphere
* basic knowledge about Labor Law and HR regulations in China, special conditions in Shanghai
* Proficient English language skill in verbal, written and listen
