1、 Help supervise monthly production plan for the preparation plant
2、 Monitoring, coordination and adjust the related production plans to ensure the goods on schedule
3、 Optimizing production processes to ensure that the products meet the quality (quality standards and AQL)
4、 For approval to produce a record
5、 Help improve the productivity of factory support
6、 Collect and analysis the production data including yield, production cycle and quality problem
7、 Formulate and implement production related SOP
8、 To ensure the effectiveness and set KPI finished on time, annual review audit OEM the manager's job performance
9、 Maintenance and OEM factory preparation the good cooperation relations
10、 Management or help to manage the TSI company in OEM factory assets, such as equipment and mold and raw materials, etc
11、Other work: other needs to cooperate finished work

Responsibilities / Daily Tasks:
1、 帮助督促制剂工厂的月度产品计划。
2、 监控、协调和调整相应的生产计划以保证如期发货。
3、 优化生产工艺保证产品符合质量（质量标准和AQL）。
4、 审核批准生产记录。
5、 支持帮助提高工厂的生产力。
6、 收集和分析生产数据包括收率、生产周期和质量问题等等。
7、 制定和执行生产相关SOP。
8、 确保设定的KPI有效性并如期完成，年度回顾审核OEM经理的工作表现。
9、 维护和OEM制剂工厂的良好合作关系。
10、 管理或者协助管理公司在其他工厂的资产，如设备、模具和原辅料等。
11、 其他工作：其他需要配合完成的工作。

Qualification and Work Experience:
1、学历：制剂相关专业，本科或以上。
2、工作经验: 在制药或保健品行业5以上年工作经验和3-5年软胶囊生产管理经验。
3、其他要求：英语流利者优先。
