Responsibility
1.To be responsible for inspection of material, components, semi finished and finished goods to ensure ZERO leaks out to customer while maintaining on time delivery.
2.Clear understanding of the Quality Standards
3.To enforce the quality standards in terms of moisture content, solid wood and veneer lamination techniques, machining and sanding accuracy.
4.To fully utilize the tools provided to detect all abnormalities that may cause failure on or after shipment
5.Clear understanding of all Product Testing reports to ensure smooth production flow
6.Clear understanding of all hardware and fittings to ensure the design and aesthetics/color is maintained with the signed approved models
7.Clear understanding of all safety and assembly instruction sheets
8.To constantly monitoring the production processes for potential quality issues that may not meet the Brands requirement and could cause delay in packing and shipment
9.To constantly monitoring the WIP stacking, warehouse stacking and container loading to ensure safe storage, handling and transporting of the products to Brands warehouse
10.To check and maintain the finish color matches the Master Color Case (MCC) standard
11.To ensure vendor to maintain and protect the MCC in safe keeping with box covered at all times except for review
12.Clear understanding of all quality feedbacks from he Brands customer service and follow up of Corrective Action/Preventive Action by the vendor
13.To confirm and submit the required reports with accurate information and timely

Requirements:
1. High School or above.
2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience at upholstery furniture industry.
3. Experience in Wood Furniture manufacturing and quality control/assurance is an added advantage
4. Self-starter, able to work independently under pressure and minimum supervision
5. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
7. Fluent English will be a plus.
