岗位职责：
？ 领导和管理总账团队的日常会计工作，以支持公司业务发展；
？ 负责总账会计核算管理、实行会计监督，确保总账组的工作流程和财务成果符合集团和财务会计准则的要求；
？ 负责月度结账和报表相关工作的准确、及时完成；
？ 负责内、外部审计的相关事宜；
？ 负责审核提交税务机关的相关资料；
？ 负责会计档案管理；
？ 制定下属的工作目标和KPI，并帮助他们一起实现；提供培训和指导提升个人及团队实力；
？ 负责定期组织梳理工作流程、修订相关管理制度，提高工作质量及效率。
任职要求：
？ 会计、财务管理及相关专业本科以上学历，中级会计师以上职称（CPA优先）；
？ 2年以上合并报表工作经验，3年以上财务管理工作经验，有四大会计师事务所从业经验者优先；
？ 熟练掌握会计准则，熟悉税收相关法规；
？ 能够熟练操作OFFICE办公软件，熟悉ERP系统（ORACLE优先）；
？ 较强的风险控制和财务分析能力；
？ 工作严谨、责任心强，能够承担一定的工作压力，能接受五一、十一等节假日加班；
？ 良好的跨部门沟通协调能力。
