DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
岗位职责
1.Prepare a project budget; schedule; task decomposition; initiate corrective actions.
1.负责项目花费、时间、任务分解、项目控制处理等工作。
2.Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
2.负责项目的分析、跟踪及总结和汇报工作。
3.Control project plan and schedule changes; monitor scope changes, direct, and keep team on track.
3.项目计划、时间和范围的调整和指导，以及团队工作的协调。
4. Manage commitments and expectations of the team upward and downward.Continuously evaluate project risks, develop contingency/risk management plans, and execute contingency plans at the appropriate time.
4.向上和向下工作内容或者信息的汇报和传递，负责项目风险计划制定、分析、管理、控制等工作。
5.Internal Coordination – Quality, Process Engineering, Production,Purchasing.
5.负责公司内质量、工艺、生产、采购等部门的沟通协调工作。
6.Performs any other task(s) as assigned.
6.其他相关工作。
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION
岗位要求
1.Bachelor degree or above, prior to the candidate majoring in Biochemistry, Biology, Medicine, Pharmaceutical or related science ..
1.本科及以上学历，具有生物化学、生物学、医学、药学等相关专业背景者优先。
2.Strong capabilities in scheduling, budgeting, quality control and cost control; Good written and oral communication skills needed to clarify, disseminate and interpret project information to the team members
2.具有较强的计划、预算、质量和成本控制能力，具有较好的能与团队书面和口头沟通和协调的能力。
3.Knowledge of Microsoft project planner
3.具有一定的微软项目管理软件使用经验。
4.Be familiar with the datum analysis tools and quality assessment softwares, know about the related knowledges of risk analysis.
5.能熟练的运用数据分析工具和质量评估软件，并了解风险分析相关知识。
5.Be familiar with 6 Sigma/LP or having woring experience about LEAN projects.
5.熟悉6SIGMA/精益生产等知识或具有LEAN项目经验。
6.Pass CET-6 and be good at all English abilities.
6.英语六级，听说读写良好。
