职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 从事公司新产品或产品升级的光学研发设计、测试工作；
2、 按设计任务要求，提交光学设计方案，负责光学器件的选型，绘制光学系统、零件图纸；
3、 协调光学零件的加工，采购，检测和装校工作，对仪器生产提供必要的技术支持；
4、 按公司要求，提交产品开发过程技术文件；
5、 协助研发部经理完成其他临时任务；
岗位要求：
1、 光学设计及相关专业本科以上文化程度；
2、 具备三年以上光学设计工作经历，有光学检测仪器研发经验者优先；
3、 具备良好的几何光学设计理论基础，熟悉各种光学器件特性及应用，熟悉镜片加工、镀膜工艺及相关应用；
4、 对光学结构设计有一定的了解，熟悉光学装校的方法和流程，能够独自完成一般性的装调工作；
5、 熟练掌握Zemax、AutoCAD等设计工具软件，具备较强光学仿真设计能力；
6、 理解产品研发过程中的质量控制要求，了解风险分析基础知识，具备良好的设计文档撰写能力；
7、 动手能力强，工作主动性高，有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神；
