职位描述
岗位职责：
1)研制免疫诊断试剂；
2)准备产品申报材料；
3)试制产品；
4)临床实验；
5)协助转生产；
6)质量提升和售后答疑。
岗位要求：
1）本科或本科以上学历，生物技术或生物工程等相关专业；
2）良好的团队合作精神，责任感强；
3）两年以上免疫诊断试剂研发经验，熟悉免疫诊断试剂产品注册申报；应届硕士毕业生工作经验不足2年者，可视专业情况酌情考虑；
4）熟悉单克隆抗体制备整个过程的相关技能，能独立承担单克隆抗体开发任务者优先。
