Job Description & Responsibilities:
Receptionist& Admin
? Work as an operator to handle all incoming calls and taking message on time; Keeps and updates the company phone directory.
? Receive and welcome visitors;
? Coordinate with cleaning lady to provide adequate service for lobby and GM office
? Responsible for the security issue for the office main door. No strangers are allowed to enter in the office without employee's escort.
? Provide mailing services such as receiving incoming and outgoing mails; and
? Monitor office supply inventory and order as necessary; ensure received supplies are correct set-up and maintain tidiness within department/storage rooms. and Make monthly send and receive deposit statements
HR
? Make attendance report, leave report etc. and make file as request
? Interview arrangement
? Responsible for the check in of newhirer such as providing copy service and guiding material exc.
? Assist with Hr specialist , and other things assigned by HRM.
Requirements:
? At least one year’s working experience as a receptionist or an administrator；
? College degree or above ;
? Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
? Good computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel;
? Good sense of responsibility and a quick learner; and
Friendly, cheerful and diligent.

/ 良好的英文、普通话沟通能力
/ 良好的计算机软件应用技能；
/ 有责任感和良好的学习能力；
/ 友好、活泼、勤奋；
