我们公司需招聘一名区域销售总监,拓展我们在海南地区的业务,建立一个红酒销售网络,提高我们的红酒市场占有率。
作为一名销售主管,需敢于迎接新的挑战,能独立思考,与公司高层合作,为客户提供最满意的建议,满足他们的需求。
职位描述:
敢于追求新的事业,开拓新客户,组织实施并落实产品推广计划和营销策略。
维护我们的重点客户和开发新客户。
组建并管理销售团队,维护和发展与客户的商业关系。
负责销售报表的分析,对销售成员进行政绩考核和管理
拥有良好的谈判技巧,擅长合同制定,了解付款期和应收账款管理
与销售团队和公司高层有良好顺畅的沟通。
在所在的销售区域,推广意大利葡萄酒文化
任职资格:
在酒水行业至少有2-3年的销售经验者优先,有酒店销售的经验。
至少有两年以上的管理经验
具备良好的沟通合作技巧和丰富的团队建设经验
热爱葡萄酒文化和事业
有在海南从事红酒销售经验者优先考虑
Sales Executive
We are a wine importing business with a differentiating approach compared to other established industry players. We have exclusive import agreements with prestigious Italian wineries and own and operate retail stores in different parts of China.
We are looking for a sales executive for our Sanya office to bootstrap our business in Hainan, where we aim to establish a strong regional presence through a dedicated sales network.
We need someone able to take on a new challenge, able to think independently as well as to collaborate with the top management to build an exciting proposition for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Pursue new business, opening new accounts and implementing successful promotion and marketing strategies.
Manage directly key accounts and improve the new customer penetration process.
Build and manage a small sales team to maintain and develop customer relationships. Monitor and facilitate the team members in reporting their performance.
Analyse the sales performance and provide meaningful feedback to the management team.
Negotiate contract terms, manage payment terms and receivables.
Ensure smooth and clear communication within the sales team and the management. Submit all required reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Foster the development of wine culture in the company.
Key Requirements:
2~3 years experience in hospitality or other industries sale to hotels is a must.
At least 2+ years managerial experience
Good command of English and Chinese
Good communicator and team player
A sincere appreciation for wine!
Previous work experiences in Hainan are a big plus
