岗位职责：
1、业务主管职位，独立负责工作小组，给下级成员提供引导或支持并监督他们的日常活动；
2、执行、协调财务稽核、审计、会计工作；
3、监督执行、维护公司财务管理程序和政策，参与制定年度、季度财务计划；
4、向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析；
5、组织公司的成本管理工作, 进行成本预测、控制、核算、分析和考核，确保公司利润指标的完成。
任职资格：
1、财务、会计、金融、投资、管理等专业本科以上学历，有注册会计师资格者优先；
2、8年以上进、出口型制造企业会计核算经验，5年以上管理经验； 有电子类或相关企业经验者优先；
3、熟悉国家金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化，精通相关财税法律法规；
4、较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力；
5、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力。
Directly report to : General Manager
Responsibilities:
1.business director positions, independently responsible for working group, provide guidance to the group members or support and supervise their daily activities;
2. execution and coordination of financial audit, audit, accounting work;
3.supervise, implement and maintent the company's financial management procedures and policies, involved in developing the annual, quarterly financial plan;
4.provide financial reporting and the necessary financial analysis to the company's management;
5.Organize cost management of company, develop cost prediction, control, accounting, analysis and assessment, ensure the completion of the company's profit targets.
Main qualifications:
1.financial, accounting, financial, investment, management and other professional bachalor degree or above, the CPA qualification preferred;
2.more than 5 years experience in financial management;
3.familiar with national financial policy, corporate financial systems and processes, accounting computerization, proficient in the relevant tax laws and regulations;
4.strong capacity at cost management, risk control and financial analysis ;
5.good capacity at organization, coordination, communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure.
