This position is concerned with the operation and maintenance of all the boilers and associated equipment in the hotel.
负责锅炉及相关设备的运转和维修保养。

1. Obey the rules for the team member; do work according to arrangement by supervisor.
遵守员工手册中的各项规章制度，听从指令服从工作安排。
2. Carry out <<RULES AND REGULATION OF BOILER SAFETY TECHNOLOGY SUPERVISON>> issued by Technical Supervision Bureau.
切实执行技术监督局颁发的＜锅炉安全技术监察规程＞。
3. Operate and maintain all the boilers and associated equipment of the hotel.
负责锅炉及相关设备的运转和维修保养。
4. Fill in operation form and record water level, pressure, temperature, quantity of fuel ,etc. And keep boiler running smoothly.
认真填写各种运行记录及记载水位、压力、温度、燃油量等。
5．Water test of all boiler water.
锅炉水质检测
6. Keep the boiler plant clean and tidy.
保持锅炉房干净整洁。
7. Perform as a basic fire fighting member while on duty. React immediately to a fire alarm/information in case of fire.
当班时应为义务消防队的一员。一旦发生火情立即反应。
8. Does any special assignment as assigned by the Mechanics Supervisor.
任何他机修主管指派的工作。
9. Write down the daily working on Log Book.
每天须将日常的各项工作详细记录在值班簿。
10. Keep clean of the working area.
保持设备及工作地区的洁净。
11. The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.
如有必要，该部门有权更改或补充该职位描述。
12. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。


Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability 工作技能技巧要求：

1. Knowing the boiler principle and operating.
懂得锅炉的的基本原理与操作。
2. Should have the skills to maintain and repair boiler and pipe.
有保养和维修锅炉和管道的能力。

Required Qualifications 必要的资历要求：

1. At least 2 years of steam boiler experience.
至少有 两年的蒸汽锅炉经验。
2. Boiler license required.
具有锅炉操作证书。
