This position is concerned with all the paint work in the hotel to maintain all work in an “As New” condition throughout the hotel. To ensure all surfaces are kept in perfect condition and assist in new works, renovations alterations and decorative work as required.

3. Follow the instructions of the Decoration Supervisor .
按照修装主管的布置进行工作。
4. Work on daily trouble reports assigned by Decoration Supervisor and report when the jobs are completed.
按照装修主管分配的维修单进行工作，完成后及时反馈。
5. Check regularly emulsions paint of ceiling, furniture surface, wall covering etc. Do preventive maintenance work according to schedule.
定期检查天花乳胶漆，家具油漆，墙面等，做好维护保养工作。
6. Strictly follow up the operation procedures, to finish re-paint works in good quality and in time. Eliminate to impact the hotel operations for any re-paint of bad quality or postponed.
严格遵守操作程序，保质按时做好修补工作，杜绝因修理不及时或修理质量不合格而影响酒店正常营业的事故
7. Keep the workshop clean and tidy.
保持工作间干净整洁。
8. Perform as a basic fire fighting member while on duty. React immediately to a fire alarm/information in case of fire.
当班时应为义务消防队的一员。一旦发生火情立即反应。
9. The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability 工作技能技巧要求：

1. To be capable of following specifications for hotel services.

2. Possess knowledge of energy conservation.

3. Professional painter skills.
油漆工专业技能。
4. Well known the paint, to be capable of adjusting the paint color that needed.
熟悉各种油漆, 能调配出所需要的色调。
5. To be good operated the different kinds of paint in different ways such as spray, paint, to do maintenance of the paint tools。
要求有熟练的操作技术，能手扫、喷、涂各种油漆品种，并对日常使用工具进行保养。
6. Have experiences of damaged furniture repainting and old top grade furniture renew. To efficient repair the decoration facilities, such as carpets, wallpapers, ceilings, soft partitions, doors, windows, etc.
有修补家具，翻新使用过的高档旧家具的经验，能有效的进行对装修设施的维修，如：地毯、墙纸、吊顶、软包墙、门窗等。

Required Qualifications 必要的资历要求：
1. Should have at least 1 year painter working experience .
至少拥有一年以上油工工作经验。
