This position is concerned with the supervision of all repair and maintenance Kitchen cold store,fridge, Chiller , fan coil, A.H.Us, exhaust fan and cooling tower within the hotel; ensuring the highest quality maintenance, efficiently achieved with minimum operation interference.
负责检查维保酒店厨房冷库、冰柜、制冷机、风机盘管、风柜、排风机、冷却塔等，确保设备处于良好的运转状态，降低影响正常运转的时间。

1. To insure to check operating status of all equipment and keep them in a good condition.
确保所管辖的系统及附属设备的环节能高效运行和保证设备处于优良的状态中。
2. Carry out tasks assigned by leaders, obey the duty responsibilities, supervise subordinate to work according to rules and regulation.
切实执行上级指示，认真贯彻落实岗位责任制，监督下属员工严格执行操作规程及遵守员工守则。
3. To arrange checking fire-fighting system regularly.
定期安排检查消防系统。
4. Check the working attitude of staffs, correct when they are not right.
检查下属岗位纪律及精神状态，发现不良现象及时纠正。
5. To manage the working tools, and register the staff’s name that had get the tool.
管理好本系统的材料及员工借领工具，领用材料的登记、保管制度。
6. To do well the section’s daily work, equipment’s running, repair order, does the Maintenance work on time with high quality.
搞好本系统的日常行政运作，设备运行，工程工作单，设备维修保养单的工作按时、按质、 按量完成，督导员工做出最佳的工作表现。
7. Execute the energy conversation policy strictly carried out by Hotel and Department

8. Reduces waste, supplies and materials by re-using. Recycles, when possible.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability 工作技能技巧要求：

1. Strong background of hotel Chiller sets, A.H.Us equipment repair and maintenance.
有较强的制冷设备、空调设备的维修经验。
2. Both electrical and mechanic knowledge required.
需要强电和机械方面的知识。

Required Qualifications 必要的资历要求: 1. Should have at least 2 years Mechanical supervisor position or 5 years staff working experience above 4 stars hotel. 四星级以上酒店担任机修主管两年以上或五年以上机修工工作经验。2. Graduated from professional school. 专业技术 3. To have refrigeration certificate. 具有制冷证。
