RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide pre-sale support for Office System Product
Maintain and develop a high level of all Fuji Xerox product portfolio and corresponding competitive products
Work closely with Sales Representatives to find qualified prospects, and successfully convert prospects into qualified account by solution approach
Have sharp marketing sense to promote solution selling and to accelerate overall selling process
Implement customization solution and project management

REQUIREMENTS:
University graduate or above with majors in related subject
3 years IT support working experience, pre-sales technical support is preferred
Familiar with printing industry is a plus
Solid knowledge of network, Microsoft MCSE required
Basic knowledge background of offset and printing technology
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Good command of English

Responsibilities:

1. Provide pre-sales support to PS or sales
person

2. Analgize customer requirement with PS or Sales
person

3. Develop
solution and provide testing to meet customer requirement.

4. Support on preparing proposal on technical field

5. Lead and join Fault Free Implementation.

6. Deliver customer training.

7. Provide after-sales software service to
customer and continues improve to meet customer satisfaction target.

Requirements:

1. University graduation, preferably in printing,
electronics or engineering related field.

2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in pre-sales or
customer service.

3. Good in using PC, Mac and has knowledge on
LAN.

4. Good in using Photoshop, PageMaker,
Illustrator software and familiar with PDF workflow.

5. Good knowledge on pre-press and colour
management.

6. Good knowledge on Postscript, PCL.

7. Programming experience and fluent English will
strong plus.
