Accounting

? Prepare the month end and year end accounting closing before deadline

? To post the fixed assets depreciation and related adjustment entry in SAP

? To prepare the bank reconciliation monthly

? To scan ledgers/ accounts to identify unusual /overdue items and selects the correct procedure for action, referring more complex items to the Accounting manager



Management Reporting (IFRS GAAP) :

? To prepare quarterly group financial statement for manager's review

? To prepare monthly management reports for manager's review



Statutory Report (PRC GAAP) and relevant auditing

? Submit monthly and quarterly statutory financial reports

? To lead annual fixed assets and inventory physical stocktaking

? Assist to the annual external and internal audit, tax audit and inspection



Tax Handling

? To declare CIT (corporation income tax) by quarter

? To prepare the documents for CIT annual declaration








JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:


Education:

Bachelor in Accounting or Financial


Experience & knowledge:

· 4-5 years accounting experience in foreign company

· CET 4


Core competencies:

· Familiar with PRC and IFRS GAAP, tax regulation

· Familiar with MS office ( Excel, Word, PPT) and ERP system such as SAP is preferred

· Good communication skill in Chinese and English, oral and written
