职位

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :

Carry out routine repair/maintenance instrument and solutions work
Independently complete the installation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting
according to the technical manual
Improve the customers' satisfaction and royalty
Collect and feedback customer requirements and product market intelligence ,
support continuous upgrade and optimization of solutions
Comprehensive understanding of related service SOP and strictly implement them
Proficiently use tools such as Rexis, Grips and improve the service skills by
continuous learning Rexis和Grips等，不断学习和提高维修技能 Update the maintenance data time
ly and accurately according to the requirements of service SOP
Coordinate with applications, customer service, and other personnel to
accelerate repairing and problem shooting
Develop service handbooks and bulletins based on field investigations, enginee
ring changes, and product knowledge
Provide a communication link between the customer and the company to ensure eff
ective service to customers, and handle customer’s complaint
Develop and conduct training on safe operations of the equipment and demonstrat
eskills to trainees, including team members, customers and distributors
Assist in the yearly budget exercise for Technical Service
Assist the management of distributors Management of spare parts 。零配件的管理 Ensure
service activity in full compliance to SHE policy Other projects or tasks
assigned by line manager
Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure,
Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche
Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection
