职位描述：
工作职责：
1、参与制定企业发展战略与年度经营计划；
2、负责企业整体质量战略的拟定，配合企业发展战略的需要，全面负责企业的质量管理工作；
3、审核质量控制的政策、流程、制度及操作规范，督促、检查质量政策制度的贯彻执行；
4、负责制定、分解、监控品质方针与目标，并对达成状况实施绩效考核，提高满足顾客满意度；
5、负责策划和实施研发品质及量产品质管理及提升；
6、负责建立、实施和保持质量管理体系，报告质量管理体系的绩效和任何改进的需求；
7、负责统筹内部审核的运行；
8、负责品质团队建设，提升团队能力；


岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，机械类专业毕业；
2、8年以上质量管理工作经验，5年以上汽车零部件行业质量管理工作经验，精通机加工、涂装、氧化等工艺者优先考虑；
3、精通并能熟练应用TS16949、ISO9001等体系，精通VDA6.3、VDA6.5；
4、要求有良好的英文沟通能力，有英文口语能力者优先考虑。
